 I am always strategizing. I am obsessed with the creative process of marketing real estate for sale. Everywhere I go I find myself mentally cleaning up a property’s landscape, redesigning the spaces and staging it to be merchandised with the highest appeal to the MOST buyers. I just can’t help it… I am drawn to the details that improve the salability of a property.
I am originally from Eastern North Carolina and have lived in Naples since 1993. I earned my Real Estate License in 2000 and have since worked in the Naples luxury real estate market. As a result of that amazing experience, I am able to work with many of Naples most experienced agents, helping them fulfill their marketing needs on many levels. I believe it takes the kind of experience I have to truly understand the art of marketing a home to sell. My credentials along with my practical expertise in the art of Staging makes my services number one in the industry.
I am a member of the ASP™ - Accredited Staging Professional™, DANA® - Decorators’ Alliance of North America, IAHSP™ - The International Association of Home Staging Professionals, PME® - Property Marketing Expert® and RESA™ - Real Estate Staging Association.
I have placed a great deal of passion building Artful Staging Solutions to benefit our clients and Artful’s talented design team.
All of Artful’s Stagers are ASP® accredited staging professionals who have been handpicked by me to represent Artful Staging Solutions with the highest inspiration and professionalism. All Artful Stagers mentor with me in addition with other Artful, ASP® veteran stagers for a controlled amount of time. Our stagers are better equipped with the knowledge and experience to serve even the most discerning clientele.
We believe that customer service is first and foremost. We can work easily with any Realtor, Builder and Homeowner no matter the price point. As Artful Stagers, we can do as much or as little as you would like; and we will always meet or exceed you and your seller’s expectations.

Trained as an Accredited Staging Professional™, and a member of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals™, Karen joined Artful Staging Solutions in 2008 to become the Director of the Fort Myers office in order to give her clients the level of customer service in both staging and marketing available through Artful Staging Solutions.
Karen enjoys working with homeowners, Realtors, and builder/developers, in occupied or vacant properties. She can do as much or as little as you like to prepare a home for sale at top dollar in any market.
Her experience gained from many successful moves and property sales throughout North America will help with the transition process to sell your home quickly and for top dollar, too!
An Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) is a dedicated professional who has studied and learned the proven and powerful techniques of STAGING homes. They completed a detailed ASP course and passed a required thorough examination on preparing homes for sale.
